I sat near the centre court at Cataraqui Town Centre (pronounced Ka-ta-ra-kee, Ka-tara-kway, or Kata-rock-way depending on who you talk to) for about 30 minutes, just observing. This is part of an informal research exercise that I'm supposed to do for the educational research course I'm taking. I found it too busy to write anything meaningful, but I tried.

If you don't want to join in the controversy, just ask for "The Cat [Centre]". People will know what you're talking about.

Mac OS X 10.5 is out tonight! I'm still pondering whether to drop the $79.20+GST+PST for it, or if I should just get it with my next Mac. Maybe I'll just wait for 10.6. There's nothing in the new version that I think I absolutely need.

You're telling me now, after I've eaten these on an occasional basis for the past two years? Are you serious? Good thing it appears that I'm smart enough to follow the cooking instructions on the box (people, learn to read), otherwise I wouldn't be writing this at the moment.

I am under stress again...but this time I'm not getting paid (much) for it. I have about 50 more assignments to mark (~4 page essays on an equity/exceptionality issue), a paper to read and discuss ("facilitate"), a chapter on experimental validity to read, another paper that I have to critique and write an analysis for, and finally present a lesson that underpins some scientific theory. Fun!
